Thanks. I bit the bullet and had VW change the turbos. Just didn’t have the time or head space to sort it out myself. It financially hurt but the van was fixed within a week.

The rubber trim on mine sits right on top of the rear two plastic capped bolts (on both front and rear brackets). If my roof was slightly wider the roof would sit perfectly between the two pairs of bolts. Yours might be the perfect size! Post a picture of your Vamoose to poptop gap.
Thanks so much for these photos. Looks like the same brackets as I have although I think my roof sits a bit closer to the vamoose rail so may overhang the bracket a bit more but it’ll be worth measuring it out again. I’m hoping that the rubber trim on the edge of roof will sit nicely over them...
