If you van is a Camper / California fir the standard springs back the weight of the conversion will give the lowering , it should level it up. we do a range of spacers to fine tune if needed

Wouldn't recommend Gates on any vehicle, I've seen more gates related failures (be it big or small problems) than any other manufacturers.

You can lower it slightly by changing shocks and springs and this will be more comfortable than standard at a lower ride height , There are various ways to do it , but i would say avoid coil overs which is what most suppliers want you to buy from them .
