Its the 4 Bike Towbar Mounted Bike Rack from Halfords. It does tilt for access to the boot but not enough for the tailgate on the Transporter which is annoying! Thanks Paul

Mines a 2 bike thule tailgate rack and the box just fits on, then 4 ratchet straps ,take the wheels off it sits on the rack better. I have just made a ply board that sits on the rack but yet to be tested with the box.

I think 900n is the stock tailgate. If you have a bike rack on there you can choose 1250n but I found these too tough (or the wife did as she hung off the boot while trying to close it).
