Hi,
I have a Yeti Ranbler 12oz (so not very large) and it doesn’t fit in the dashboard holder

Anyone with positive experience of any adapters or modifications?

Thanks

We use the yeti Rambler pint 16oz mugs, they fit in a t6.1 cup holder perfectly, stays really hot for hours, IMG_3379.jpeg

The Stanley travel mugs fit, albeit that have to the turned to the hinge faces away from the screen.

My Wife got me the 30oz as a birthday gift but it’s too big. Is the above one the biggest that fits?

Mine is in there now. T6.1. You do need to slide it in on the angle but easily goes in. Made my tea 2hrs ago and still red hot..easily stays hot for 6hrs and id say more if I could be bothered to do a test.

I have this and the YETI version (not orange) in the post above as well as a smaller YETI mug. The Thermos one fits great and is much better in terms of keeping hot drinks hot and costs a lot less. image.webp

I have this mod - the guy takes a while to 3d print it but standard ramblers fit, and it's pretty close to the dash plastic composition. He's showing out of stock but I suspect he makes to order.

The 3d printing appears to be quite low tolerance, which probably explains the slightly longer lead time. I found any pressure (like if you were pressing while twisting the cap to open) and the base of the cup holder could can break. I fixed up one with gaffer tape which is not visible when fitted and it's not been an issue since..

Whether it's better to just get a tapered Yeti as advised above is your call though! I'm happy to have got them, as I had several travel mugs and none of them fit.

Is it just me that thinks these cups are getting too good?! I have a nespresso travel mug and I swear to god it’s so good at retaining heat that drinks seem to get hotter in there! I have to leave the lid off so I am able to drink it before the end of the days driving
