Workshop unable to fix 'fanbelt' noise at cold start - Assistance requested please

The van is only a few months old. T6.1 Kombi with the 2 litre 199PS engine with DSG. It has done this from delivery on cold start up. Starts for about 90 seconds, engine runs fine and then after a while a 'fan belt' noise. The workshop has had it twice now. First time they said they could not replicate it, this second time they had it for over 4 days, allegedly replaced fan belt but after a month the exact same noise is back. Any thoughts or anyone aware of a common issue I can help point the techies at?

Sent them an email asking that.

I traced an annoying one the same as this by using WD, basically sprayed one belt at a time until it shut up, ended up being a bearing in a waterpump.

So it's due back in with VW on Monday. They have already replaced the tensioner.
