Windscreen not demisting

I have a T6 and noticed the blower does not blow on windscreen, fine on front vents and does the job nicely but does not blow on windscreen. Anyone else have this and managed to sort?

The vents could be jammed with something.

Or the cable adjuster is off.. will the dial rotate to the top ok?
