Will my spare all terrain fit under the van?

Hello

Bought the van with all terrains already onboard. Spare was on the roof rack but since selling the rack the spare is sitting in the garden.

So im wondering will the spare fit under the van where it should be? Was it on the rack for aesthetics only?

Have a measure up but I doubt it. The carrier is adjustable by removing the hinged arm and lowering it to the other pivot point.
Somebody modifies carriers, it might be @BognorMotors?
Aesthetics? Maybe for wannabe big game hunters I guess.
