Which height of the bed?

Hi everybody.

I have T6 SWB 2019 plain van. I plan to fit the sliding bed like on the picture below. Also I want to be able to seat straight inside and work on the laptop at the table.

I'm not sure if most of the time I'm going to seat fully straight like a solder, but sometime I like. I'm 192 cm tall and the distance from the rigid surface to my eyes (when I'm seating straight like a solder) is about 82.5 mm.

Which height of the bed (and the height of the mattress) should I consider?

My bed frame is level with the top of the wheel arch and with the two mattress/seat cushions is low enough to not have our legs dangling. Whereas the first frame I made was over the top of the wheel arch and we had to store one mattress section elsewhere to sit comfortably.
So our seat height is floor to top of wheel arch minus 12mm + 5mm + 6mm (plywood/underlay/click vinyl)
