Which Fault Code Reader?

Hi, I'd like to buy or hire a fault code reader, I removed the seatbelt from the van while carpeting it and now the airbag waning is on as I moved the van out of the garage while the seatbelts were removed

I have a code reader on my iPhone but this does not reset it.

Can anyone recommend the right system to use?

I'm in swindon, wiltshire.
