Wheels and tyre upgrade advice

hello there, thanks for giving this a read. I’d appreciate some advice.

I’ve got a 19 plate T6 T32, currently driving on 255/45/18 run flats.

I’m looking at adding some new wheels and tyres (AT3 grabber style).

Do I drop to a 17inch rim, most of the 18inch rim fits are a 245/55/18.. im not quite sure on the affects of changing etc

Use a website like Alloy Wheel & Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error | Will They Fit to input the wheel abd tyre sizes compared to the ones you have now.
