I know I will just get some nice black wheels and big tyres for my T32 4motion....
Well after much consideration and reading great advice on here I am going for some 17inch steels.
Its a work van and we live semi rural up a track and my budget is tight so it makes sense to me to go steel with either Grabbers or Comforser tyres.
Can anyone recommend a matt black steel that can take vw centre caps and experience with the comforser tyre?
Thank you.

18s with Falken tyres n black steelies look good

I am now looking at some tough torque 18's with either Comforser 1100 or Grabber AT3
Mind says the Generals but wallet says the Comforsers.
Does anyone have any experience with either and what size please?

Yeah we have both I.D. 3 and now a I.D.7 I did look at the wheels . And the folding up mirrors. But sticking with my 18 inch Amarok steels .

@Ben Browne , I am not sure what size brakes are on T32 but 17" Rims will fit I live off road, have a 2019 Caravel 4Motion with diff/lock and found that twigs and things used to become lodged between disc and stick out of the wheel holes/slots. Not a huge problem and I could have stuck with them without much ado but I changed to 18" steel wheels. The ones that I bought appear to have been out of production for a while. all that you need to do is do a search on the web for "steel wheels 17" or 18" what ever you poison. T32 do have a higher weight requirement so just make sure that is complied with but should not be a problem finding what you want. You may even find sellers offering a range of tyres of your choice fully fitted.

I must ask this , are you sure that you need Off Road Tyres? You will be encouraged by the fashon guys on here but unless needed, a better investment is else where. I most definitely do as I could not get in and out of our remote property without , at some times of the year. Not so bad summer but big heavy BFG KO AT2 survive knocks and scrapes of long access routes and this last year or two have not changed back to more normal tyres because it has been so wet here in Wales causing washout on my bottom track and the upper way is slopping grass very, very slippery going in winter. I also have to negotiate deep ruts as farm vehicle tractors dig so deep at times, so a basic picture. If yours is a mettled track and good then I would suggest All Season Tyres something like Michelin Crossclimate or similar. That is all most people might need, they give a good account on most going on campsites coping well on wet grass generally, so long as the slope is not too sevier. Off road tyres can be fine and quiet when new but can drum as mileage mounts and although OK on the road and one becomes normalise with how they behave All Season would be better all round generally giving far better on road performance, hores for courses. If you still feel that you need Off Road All Terrain tyres then the Generals that you mention are fine but do not have many reviews, though many sizes tend have high speed ratings useful if you are driving on the autobahn. have not used Generals on this vehicle but another 4x4. Falkens are appearing to gain favour but I take no notice of the fashion guys, I am mainly interested in OFF road Performance and how they behave on the road also. Off Road tyre will not last the same mileage before wanting to change them in my experience. BFG AT KO2 are heavy and at the moment are being upgraded to KO3 and are supposed to show big improvements! Not all the sizes KO2 have changed over to KO3 just yet, they are changing over a few sizes at a time and some more later this year. Their website give information. Mine are 255/55R18 AT KO2 XL with 108 0r 109 ? weight grouping are 3PMS rated and are heavy tough and well braced for rough life. Years a go few AT tyres had the 3PMS rating but many are going that way which is good news. So If you are determined and need them their are a few available read up on the off road forums and test sites that compare all sorts of tyres. I also have have 3 sets of rims because I did have pure winter tyres also but the kept wearing out. If you are strapped for cash, guys and gals sell rims on here which may save you some money. Could always paint a scruffy pair to the colour of your dreams. So think carefully on what you actually need is my advice, check out the comparisons, maybe wait for all tyres to be available and tested for reviews perhaps. 2 set of rims would normally save the off road set and allow better on road set to be use. I am at some time changing my summer set to AS tyres though the way things have been may not get used very much. Good luck with your deliberations and happy motoring!

i would advise buy the best you can what ever, do not buy cheap tyres.
:)
