What's best way to insulate my T6?

I am looking for suggestions on the best solution for insulating a T6, i seen lots of different options and I'm new to this so was hoping for some advice.

There's a good explanation of all the different layers that you can use on the sound deadening shop website.

Most folks (including me) have 3 different layers - anti vibration, sound isolation and insulation. Then the finishing carpet.

We get excellent results out of our 3 stage setup, with some customers do a db reading before and after without us knowing.
