Which wheels are they? Do you know the width?
Is the van a T28/T30/T32 ? 4Motion or FWD?
For comfort, look at Michelin tyres as the sidewalls are made of cheese.

Could I keep 275 on back and perhaps 265 on front? I don’t think my van has been lowered
A common setup is 245/45 front and 275/40 rear.

Cars come from the factory with a staggered wheel and tyre set up. BMW's usually have wider on the rear, my RS3 had wider on the front.

I run them in 245/45 R20 103 guise.
Yes, but unless you have different wheel widths front and rear (staggered) they will look odd as the side walls will sit differently in relation to the face of the rim.
Have a play on will they fit and you'll see what I mean.
