What is this OE connector?

Factory wired, terminates just by the dash USB. Cable goes back into the depths of the dash.

IS it the factory GPS connection by any chance?

Is there an adapter to use it?

That's a usb connection. The two separate wires are 5v, I think GPS is a Fakra connector
