What coffee machine and inverter to power?

If you want “proper” espresso then it has to be a picopresso. I use one of these or a moka pot, with a frother for milky coffees. Hand grinder for the beans as you need the right grind and fresh beans for the picopresso. A lot of effort tho so i do occasionally think about a nespresso compromise!
We have a Ninja luxe Cafe pro in the kitchen, it grinds the beans froths the milk etc, but honestly I prefer my Tassimo, now demoted to the garage, and another in the van.
Wifey likes it for her milky coffees, but it's not for me! Far too much hassle in the morning.
She even has her own 'special' coffee!
Haha love the coffee choice. Does it mellow her out?
Personally not a fan of bean to cup machines as beans go stale. Single dose grinder and a decent dual boiler Italian machine FTW

Im sure you're right about the beans going off, but when mixed with milkyness she's happy, that's all that matters! Happy wife...etc!
When it packs up we will do as you suggest!
The ninja spec says 1650 watts but I bet it pulls more than that! Next time she uses it I'll plug it in to my watt counter gadget
I keep looking at a Sage Bambino or Bambino Plus espresso machines. They draw between 1300 and 1600W. Would need to get a grinder as well.
In the camper, I like the quick and easy Pod style machine, as above the. The CITIZ Nespresso pod machine.
And the main reason for that machine was that it had a larger 1L water tank.... As I like a full mug (180ml) of coffee as does the Longhaired-General, so the water reservoir gets empty quick....
One pod twice. Or two pods per cup.
We also have the Moka Pot . . When I can be bothered.
As for the Home, it's bean to cup all day long... On our 4th or 5th one now. Been through all manor of different brands.
Last two have been Phillips, prior to that was Delonghi..... But the machines are too big for the camper IMHO...
As for beans going stail, I'd agree. If left in there for ages.. but we top up 500g ISH and thats 4-5 days and we top up.
And yep that's a lot of beans.... So we buy the box of 8*1kg bags from Bookers cash and cary.
Current BTC machine..... 1500w rated, but draws more on heat up..(1770w)

I have a Sage Barista express, and this runs from my Anker C1000x, which has an 1800w inverter, but can peak at 2400w. It seems to pull about 1600w when running the pump and heater.
