What bed cover solution for awning sleeping in France

Hi all,

Off to France next week for the Olympics and staying around Paris initially before moving southwards for a period before returning for more action in Paris. Having never been to the continent before in the van, i was wondering what bed covers/duvets/sleeping bags should we bring? My wife and i will probably sleep in the awning on camp beds while my daughter will sleep in the van but i was wondering will it be too warm for sleeping bags (grade 2) or am i over estimating the night time temp and will actually be colder than i imagine?

The way the weathers been I'd plan for all eventualities. We go out of the July/August weeks but still had some hot weather, we take a normal summer duvet.
