While cleaning the van today I came across this, can anyone tell me what it’s for? The small flap under the fuel flap

That’s called broken it’s not supposed to come out like that, looks like the bottom clip/s are missing/broken ??

I've just been out and looked at mine and you can just pull it off and then snap it back in position, the plastic studs are on the flap
still none the wiser what it is !!

This has what become of my Saturday nights taking photos in the dark:p
This is mine

Be interesting to know what it’s for, it would be there if it wasn’t designed for something!

Could be wrong, but reckon its purpose is to make your van look nice.

B pillar is a structural component. Probably too tricky to incorporate the profiling of the lower body into the B pillar design itself.

Just the same as bolting the front wings on.

The Transit has a panel just like that, we've had a couple stolen from our fleet for some reason.

The trouble with lifting your skirts up like that is that its just not seemly in polite society.
And also we can see that it might be possible that you do not have the required 'sounds like a golf' doors seals ;)
