Wessex Kombi Beds and Caravelle seats

I am looking at the Wessex Kombi bed which goes over the rear bench seat when they are folded flat.

I will be fitting caravelle rails and two single seats and would like to know if when the caravelle seats fold flat forward whether they are the same or similar height to the bench seat.


Does anyone happen to know?

Or could someone post the height of the Kombi bench and someone else post the height or a folded down caravelle individual seat?

I believe the Wessex bed goes OVER the folder flat bench seat.

hi mate seat folded over is 540mm off a caravelle floor if bed similar height should be level hope that helps

Thank you very much. According to the website there is 600mm under the frame so I should be good. Cheers

if you are putting in rails would a caravelle seat not work better sleeping capability and 3 more seats and removable 2 person job tho used with swivels makes big bed mattress on top comfy enough

I can measure my Wessex Kombi frame in the morning if you need it.

I’d spend my money on an Exploria next time, the Wessex bed is uncomfortable.

Not to mention that he’s an arse and that I’d rather buy my next van from Arthur Daley.
