Has anyone had any T12 errors on the controller ?

I’ve changed my starter battery recently as the old one died and now I’ve got a T12 error that I can’t clear. Can only find 1 fuse on the heater that I’ve pulled and left out for a good 1/2 hour and still the error keeps coming back.

any ideas ?

W-Bus communication failure. Press knob to return to main menu.
Check your connection to the Multicontrol ( there is a connector 30cm down from the Multicontrol that is sometimes not pushed fully home on setup)

No joy I’m afraid, been working fine for years and now it’s kerrput. Watched a few vids on YouTube on how to make sure controller is set to the correct heater and it is.

I’ll have to check the ‘fuses’ although I can only seem to find one ? When I pull that the display goes dead. Will there be another main fuse ?
I had my van converted for me so maybe a call to the converter tomorrow may be my best bet. Strange how it’s worked for years then a battery swap has screwed it up. Unless it coincidental.

There should be a 15A main fuse for the heater and a 1A/5A fuse for the Multicontrol. They should be located near to the power source. ( But installers like to hack the looms about and do what they want for some reason)

Would anyone know what the MultiControl error "F15" is on a Webasto Air Top 2000 STC when in "Ventilation" mode?
