Vw t6 raer barn door vanshades

Howdy - I got the Vanshades blinds for the barn doors on my T6.1. Long story short, they don't fit very well. I entered into a discussion with Vanshades as they state that the blinds are 'made to measure' having been laser scanned etc etc etc. I was satisfied that I hadn't been supplied with faulty goods, they just don't fit very well. You have to put up with the fact that the top, outside corner of both blinds sits proud by 10/15mm. You also need to be a bit careful fitting the screws, they don't provide any sort of template and it is very easy to miss the ideal fixing spots.
Having fixed the blinds about a year ago, they have stayed put and I have learned to live with the lack of a proper fit.
One thing for sure, I didn't have to remove anything from the van.

They will go in, but don't fit flush.
The barn door curves in from the side and in from the top, so fitting in a square blind is always going to be a compromise.
You may need to use some foam tape to stop any rubbing after a while.
