VW T6 2018, excessive soot after HPFP repair

VW T6 2018, 100k km total distance on my own, 2 months ago it stoped working on some cylinders, then return to normal work, and after 500km stoped again. Checking components, appear metal filings in injectors, HPFP failure.
- replaced HPFP
- replaced CR with valve and sensor
- flushed all pipes and fuel tank
- Injectors disassembled, cleaned, checked in testing machine, all good.

After that car started generate excessive soot. From time to time it's 1g per 10km, sometimes 1g measured per 2km. Calculated soot increase also. DPF Regeneration works efficiently. It starts and works smoth, power is fine, during acceleration 1-2k RPM sounds "hard" like you can hear every each combustion. No error codes except ones according smoking:
32110 - Diesel Particulate Filter (Bank 1)
P226D 00 [236] - Damaged or Subrate Missing
32119 - Particulate Matter Sensor
P24B1 00 [096] - Short to Plus
31104 - NOx Sensor 1 Bank 1
P2203 00 [100] - Signal too High

I assume all of them are due to soot in exhaust system. (Tailpipe is sooted also). Full scan below. Codes copied above appear after 100-200km after erasing. Pasted full data below in next code.
