I tried to set up the 4 service plan option for my T6 earlier this year when it was something less than a year old and I wanted my first service. It was a complete disaster.

The VW on-line system gave me a contract number, took my money, then promptly cancelled the contract for no known reason. This happened twice and the second time it was a devil of a job to get a refund. VW HQ said local dealers were responsible for the service contracts and local dealers said it was HQ. VW was a shambles.

So I'm not trying again! If you do try, I hope you have more success than I did.

The £383 deal is for 1 full service + 1 interim service.

I’ve heard good things about the VW van centre in Liverpool, but has anyone got any experience with the Manchester? It’s much closer to me but I’d rather go to Liverpool if it’s better.

I think that’s the ‘Buy 4’ option? But that option came out to be over £900 for me...
