Voice activation from steering wheel T6

Hi Guys

When I push the speaker / face button on the steering wheel it doesn't allow me to talk to the phone e.g call "dad"

it does in my Amarok

Any ideas or does something need coding in etc

You need to have voice activation option installed from the factory , did you spec it on your T6 ?

Voice control was a £180 option. If you have app connect you can give the button a long press and it will activate Siri

If its siri you want to talk to hold button for a long press.
