VIN and engine number locations..

Hi newby T6 owner i want to check the engine number against my v5 anyone tell me where it’s located on engine,also is there only one vin in windscreen mines 18 plate

Your vin is also on the build labels under the steering wheel and in the first page of the service booklet if you have it.
the engine number is between engine and gearbox.

You may also have a vin label in the engine bay on the front offside (assuming it’s a RHD) just above the wheel arch area

On the bulkhead under the scuttle, behind the air control valves.
