Velare alloy centre caps

I’ve bought some new centre caps for my Velare alloys as some of existing ones the paint had flaked off but struggling to get the caps off the existing wheels any ideas?

Remove the wheels and knock them out from the back .

Drill a self tapper into the centre a few mill deep and pull off the cap by the screw with a pair of pliers. Obviously only of you're binning the flaky original ones.

Velares centre caps are 64.5mm diameter, not what you would call a standard size. A couple of years ago one of our established members managed to source/create some almost perfect VW caps that fitted without the risk of falling out. Sadly after 2 years the black has been affected by light/sun and has turned an interesting dark green colour.
I still have my original caps and plan to sand them back and find a company that can create me a gel based 64.5mm VW cap cover to stick over the original centre cap.
@JumpShip 's wheel removal, and tap out from the back is what I did to remove the centres without damaging them.
How much did you pay for the new Velare centre caps @RobbieHall81 , they were a tenner each 2 years ago IIRC.

Set of 4 work deliver was about £40
