Found Variable DC Power Supply

Up to 5V / 5A for bigger plating jobs, I saw this on Amazon earlier.
Is it good for a couple of hours at 5A? I’ve been reading that some of the cheaper PSU heat sinks / fans don’t handle 100% duty cycle.
