Cheers buddy. This makes sense, I got mine through miriad products and it all comes separate. Should the cord be evened out at the bottom and then glued either side on the pod?the cord is the mechanism.
The blinds can't be removed from the pods as the black cord is super-glued to it at one end.
I know because I accidentally cut one of mine whilst carpeting it.
The pod is separate it all came in bits direct from miriad products! I have fully covered the pod front and back in 4 way stretch. When I have inserted the mechanism it doesn’t work. Thanks to Neilson they may have shed a little light on the situation! But not sure where to attach the cord.Wheres the pod?

I have the flush fit after market opener behind the driver and non opener on the slider and then the one for the tailgate window. Miriad must be doing a bulk buy as they only offer them uncovered and in the dark grey blind. Next day delivery so went with them and cheaper.Bit too bulky the sliding door vanshades pod and fixed oem window pod not very pretty

Perfect, thanks
Thanks for this gives me an idea that it attaches pretty near the bottom on the left hand side as I look at it from inside. I will have a play about and see if I can get it right and then stick in place. I’ve fully carpeted mine, without they look a little unsightly even through the tinted windows.Hi m8 cant really see where the strings attatch to as mine has been fully lined didnt want to see grey plastic.
Just let us know what pics you need and will try & help
