Valuation advice

Hello there - long time lurker here đź‘‹ I've picked up some great tips and advice here over the years and wondering if you might be able to help me out as I'm struggling to understand the possible market value of my van, hoping you can give me a steer (sorry about the terrible pun).

Purchased in 2021 and converted into a 'day van' style configuration in 2022/23. Been great as a camping base, with a Vango awning/tent used as an external kitchen/additional 'room':
  • T6 2.0 TDI T32 BlueMotion Tech Highline Kombi DSG FWD SWB Euro 6 (s/s)
  • Rear parking sensors, heated windows, lights and vision Package, etc, etc
  • MOT: 7 February 2026
  • 44,250 miles
Conversion details:
  • SWB Aurora Pop Top in Gel Black (no logos on the roof)
  • Scenic canvas upgrade in Smoke Grey (0009)
  • Carpeting throughout
  • Bed board on gas rams and sliding cab cover panel carpeted
  • Van shades window blinds with carpeted surrounds
  • One piece birch ply floor cut out, back cut with Altro flooring (Blizzard)
  • M1 Crash tested Single Swivel Plate "Captain Seat"
  • Intelligent Dual input DC-DC charging system, for use withsmart alternators and solar panels.
  • 240 Volt Hook Up
  • 110 amp/hour Dry Cell Leisure Battery with quick release terminal
  • Map light and usb in roof space
  • 6 x Spotlights (3 in each pop top structural rail)
  • 240 Volt Socket + 12 Volt Socket
  • USB & USB-C sockets throughout
  • Sargent EC160 Power Management System
  • Diesel Heater unit
  • Altair Rib 150 bed - fitted and tested
  • Bespoke table and clip rail
  • SWB Multi Awning Rail (plus Vango Faros Low awning/tent)
  • Insulating, all weather windscreen and driver/passenger window blackout covers

Understand that the market is perhaps a bit crowded at the moment and that a 'kitchen-less" conversion is perhaps not as attractive to the masses.

I've been tentatively looking to sell it as I just don't get out in it as much as I would like and work pressures mean that's unlikely to change - seems a shame to have it mostly parked up and not being used as much as it could/should be.

Very interested to hear your thoughts :)
