V-Belt Tensioner Bolt

Morning All,

I'm having trouble trying to find a replacement bolt for the V-belt tensioner, I had thought it may have come with the kit but sadly not. Does anyone know what part number or where I can source "Bolt 1" from the diagram below?

Any help much appreciated!

FRUCK! Is that relevant? I have used the same bolt for the last 20 years in my Volvo. Am I supposed to replace it?

Thanks for all your suggestions. Sourced the correct parts from TPS, great service from the Edinburgh branch - for anyones future reference I quoted the part number N-106-605-01 for the bolt which they had in stock for a couple of quid.

It's not a Torx headed bolt but a Triple Square or Spline headed bolt. They usually come with an Mxx designation. From memory I think it was M12.
Next question will be what tool will fit the head of the bolt and allow me to get the required torque on it whilst fitting in the very restricted space available between the head of the bolt and the body of the van.

The big long bolt goes through the tensioner assembly and bolts direct into a threaded hole in the block. There is a pin that needs to be removed to activate the tensioner once the bolt has been tightened.
If you can get a 5mm (I think) drill bit into the old tensioner hole and release the tension on the belt it will make removal easier.

I bought an engine belt tensioner gates T39514 box(LITENS 52241 ,950 610 GERMANY)
the gates tensioner arrives stretched.

Came with another extra pin
16 MM tensioner is loose.
i didnot use the pin.

The belt is released outside belt tensioner is loose no pin in .(old).
I will tighten the tensioner 16mmand stick the needle in.

The ratchet 1/4 broke and now I'm will weld the ratchet .

Well big long bolt M12 was tight.
Now it has been replaced. But on the first drive there was still a morning squeak that disappeared after 3 seconds.
