We bought our beloved 2016 Caravelle from the main dealer when it was 4 months old. We actually wanted a twin-sliding door T6 with a VW pop-top roof, but at the time VW only supplied T6 pop-tops with a single sliding door on the right hand side, such as California Beach. Therefore, we opted to get the twin-sliding door Caravelle and then had a genuine California pop-top roof professionally fitted – hence Caravelle Beach! Also, all the California genuine window blinds were new from VW as were the folding chairs, table, multi-flex board and interior trims.
This has been the best vehicle we have ever had and is a pleasure to drive. It’s been very well cared for with full VW main dealer service history from new and even with its now 209,000 (mostly motorway) miles, still drives beautifully.
