Just wondering if its possible to use a leisure battery to power my existing usb sockets, 12v sockets and interior lights instead of using my starter battery. I have a T6.1 Caravelle and I am trying to make it a useable dayvan/short trip camper while trying to keep as Oem as possible thanks.

You will have to run wires, no way around that.
Depending how many you want powered from a leisure battery, might be best to some outlets to the rear of the seat base.

Probably easier to just buy a power station that suits your needs
Drax was available and a bit of a bargain.
