Usb Device Is Not Supported?

Have a t6 with discovery nav if I plug in my iphone8 in the dash mounted usb shouldn’t I be able to access my music from the touch screen? Just says usb device not supported? Ps Tried two phones a the cable is official apple one

I would say you dont have app connect enabled on your van. It is a option.
