USB adaptor for 12v socket ??

Anyone recommend a cigarette lighter / 12v socket to usb plug adapter that doesn't cause radio / electrical interference please ?
Or do they not exist!!

I've got the same Anker ones and don't get many issues. The previous one that I had wiped out my DAB signal most of the time.
