Urgent help needed for stereo.

Hi guys. I have brought an RCD330 radio which Apparantly is a direct fit to my van. On the rear of the radio the pin outs which seem for the speakers are there but no power pins? The harness that was supplied doesn’t fit the radio either and the original plug won’t fit the radio. Am I missing something here?

Thanks for your help guys. I’ve ordered a harness adaptor now. That should help! Fingers crossed
