Twin adjust projekt install question.

Before I start installing these I’ve a question if someone could help.

On the fronts the bottom of the threaded sleeve to adjust the height, does this just sit metal on metal against the lip on the strut.
Didn’t know if there should be some sort of protection between the two?

Metal on metal is how they are designed to be, nothing in between the bottom of the sleeve and the lip on the strut.

Brilliant, thanks so much for that. One other question if you don’t mind, when putting the rear springs in, obviously the adjustment goes at the top but do you put the original vw upper rubber back in or just the thinner one that’s supplied with the kit?

Just the one supplied with the kit. The VW one is not required. You will need to reuse the original rubber bump stop and dust cover from the front shocks though.
