Hi all,

First posting, sorry for any errors.

I was due to pull the trigger this September, I went on the configurator plugged in engine ie 204 petrol dsg box and so on. printed it off in anticipation of visiting the stealers in September.

Looked at it again the other day and the Petrol TSI option has been removed. something to do with emissions i have been advised and no date its due back.

However rumor has it that the new golf Mk8 2.0 TSI engine is going in it sometime mid 2019. anyone else heard this.

thanks in advance.

Found it... I have been searching for this to add to this thread for days..

EOP = end of produktion
SOP = start of produktion
SG = manuel gearbox
AG7 = DSG
4M = 4 Motion
Red = no longer produced

Well anyway, I’ve just paid the deposit on a T32 Highline TSi 204 DSG panel van from stock, but I’ll not pick up until September (I’m on holiday for a good part of August so might as well wait for the new Reg). The garage certainly didn’t let on that there would be any problem with a new build had I gone that way, so Breeze1 must be correct.

All TSI vans got pulled from production so VW UK can catch up with the claimed mpg figure specs on all new cars. As the tsi was the lowest seller they canned them for 9 months until they catch up with testing, I missed the orde book by 24 hrs at cordwallis, but they had a 2k demo tsi in which suited be so I got that instead. Just hope the petrol investment pays off when I com to sell it in 8 years time!
