Hi all, I've borrowed my father-in-laws Dremel in readiness for trimming the plastis trims to the side of the seats which have the RIB offset swivel mechanisms fitted. I've been meaning to do this for a while. If anyone has done this, please can they share the dimensions for how much needs to be removed. I thought I'd seen in another post several years ago but now can't find.
Many thanks in advance.

The guide calls for 30mm. (Rib V3)

I used a grinder (with cutting wheel), then emry cloth to smooth the rough edges..

A Dremel will do it, but might be messy... You want a nice straight line as it's on show at the end. I used masking tape and a straight edge.

Thanks ever so much Lee. I don't suppose you have a link to, or scan of, said guide - I don't remember anything coming with mine.
