Hi. I’ve recently changed my tyres from 215/60R17 to 235/55R17 (Davenport alloys) on my T6 67plate 102PS Kombi. The circumference change is minimal (2159mm to 2149mm), I’ve pumped them up to the new (lower) PSI as per the door sticker and reset the TPMS via the setting on the instrument cluster. However, I’m getting spurious loss of pressure alerts from the NSF or OSR wheels. The tyres are not loosing pressure and this only happens when I’ve been driving for about 30 mins. I check the pressures and reset the TPMS every time. I thought the TPMS works via the ABS sensors detecting a tyre of lower circumference and hence it being a puncture. It’s been doing it for about 2 months now. Am I missing something - as setting in the instrument cluster, VCDS needing coding? Van isn’t displaying any fault codes and no other issues as far as I know. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
