Tow Bar Advice

Looking to put a detachable tow bar on, the suspension is lowered and the skirt is fairly low at the rear. My local Tow Trust fitter is saying can’t be done, looking for advice, is it new rear bumper/skirt that will keep a similar look but has some flexibility / adaptation to make it work, or am I dreaming?

Not much help, but I have a Blick dismountable tow bar fitted (done by Bognor Motors) and it fits really neatly without being obvious, if I blacked in the 'Blick' lettering it would virtually disappear.

But, I don't have the low level rear bumper.

Measure from the top of the bumper to the bottom of the skirt and i'll measure my westfalia detachable.
