Hi

We have THQ lights in a T6 2016 year

Do you have to remove the bumper to change the indicator bulb

Seams a bit over the top just for a bulb, is there any short cuts

If you mean THQ headlights with sequential indicators there’s no repair unless you can repair a fault with the external module / wiring.
Head lights or tail lights would help.

The indicator built into the main head light
Just carnt seam able to change the bulbs
