THQ flush fit window issues anyone?

Has anyone had any issues with the new THQ flush-fit windows at all? I've had a pair fitted for about 6 months thinking that they would sort out my issues with the factory fit window leaks and I've found that these too seem to leak a bit, (a few drips now and again) albeit not as much as the old ones!

Just trying to get a feel for whether it's a hardware issue or more likely a fitting issue?

Just had mine fitted to my T6.1.
One has to be replaced as I spotted a deep scratch. Not happy but the whole process of removing it scares me as the potential of damaging the paint as the glass edges are so close to the body.

Have you had any feedback from others having leaks?

In the end I had them both replaced. It must’ve been a dodgy batch from THQ? Had zero issues since then (about a year or more now).
I kept hands-off for the replacement process, I didn’t trust myself with removing the old ones and fitting the new ones! …let the professionals sort it out

Do you know what method they used for removing them?

I’m not sure to be honest? I’d assume maybe using a cheese wire or something like that to slice behind the silicon holding them in? I couldn’t tell you with any certainty though I’m afraid?
