Sorry guys might be dragging up something that’s been mentioned a million times.
I have a t6 kombi with an aftermarket removable towbar fitted. However the bumper doesn’t feel as strong as my t6 van. I stand on the bumper when loading up the pipe tubes etc.
I’ve just got a new kombi. Want a towbar but want the rigidity of the vans bumper so I can stand on top.
Do I need to chop the metal support to allow a towbar or will the foam inserts work? If so which one if any body knows? I believe there are two types
Cheers
