T6 to T6.1 facelift - LED DRLs flicker when van is running

Hi guys

I’ve just completed a t6 to t6.1 facelift using a kit supplied by a styling company online.
All has gone great, but the headlights which are non genuine LED lights work fine just on the ignition but when the van is running the DRLs are flickering/flashing

Can anybody help? Based in Bristol.

Thanks

Try to adjust your BCM(09) long coding.
Bit 2 on BYTE 16 is responsible for activation of daytime running lights via pulse width modulation (PWM).

Hi Rob

Yes I’ve read this somewhere, my mate has VCDS so we’ll give this a go, thanks so much

Hi.

So we’ve turned that off but still have flickering DRLS when engine running.

They’re ok when on side lights but as soon as you turn any other light on I.e, headlight or fog lights they start flickering again,

Any ideas on this?

Do I need to turn PWM off on all the lights?

Using the VCDS we’ve somehow lost the near side rear side lights ? Not sure what we may have accidentally changed but drivers side is on and the passenger side is off, comes on when you first turn the ignition on but then goes off after 3/4 seconds 😩

Can you post your original coding of your BCM? Or the whole VCDS AUTOSCAN?
