Hi All,
I’ve done a good search and read on the forum but can’t find the answer to this one:
I Replaced my lights with led globes. Massive improvement. The light warning light is now on, but I can ignore that for now. BUT, the headlights flicker when the car is off and key out. This persists well after the cabin lights have turned off.
These are the globes I think: Calibre
Does the car keep sending a signal down the lighting loom to check globes even when the thing is well and truly off?
The vehicle also blows DRL’s. I’ve checked the contacts and they look good. Not burnt or heat affected. I swapped them to led too hoping the leds might last longer - but 1 of them has blown 3000km after swapping it in. (One week later - long trip)
Do I have a lighting loom / computer issue or is there something else I can check?
Or is this just par for the T6?
Thanks, Tom
