T6 rear passenger blowers

Hi

We haven't really used the blowers in the passenger compartment before but I tried them out recently and they don't seem to be working fully.

I can only get them to blow out of the side vents (see 1 in pic) instead of the main vents (see 2 in pic). The side vents appear to be to blow against the window which is what happens all the time. I've also attached a picture of the controls. I've tried all combinations but it will only seem to blow from the side vents. I've read through the manual but it doesn't shed any light on anything.

Also, should the air conditioned air come through these? It doesn't seem to be.

Any ideas?
