Hello. I have a T6 infotainment issue - I need to pull the fuse but don’t have one in c10 location which I thought was the right one. Any ideas. 2016 t6.

Should be fuse 10 13th one down from top to the left of the central column of fuses

Also press and hold the power button for 30 to 60 seconds should soft reset the headunit and force it to power cycle

Thanks guys: yes the 13th down is C10 which I don’t have. How strange. When I do the power down the screen auto reboots rather than stays off and returns to the stuck screen. Looks like the battery disconnect is my only option until I can find the fuse and get an ODB override on the unit to stop it being stuck. Thanks for trying

By stuck do you mean it's unresponsive or doesn't power down when you take the key out

Correct it doesn’t power down. When I do the head unit reset by pressing holding the power button down it comes back on rather than stays off. It comes back on to the screen per photo. I need to be able to press the back arrow button (top left) to by pass it but the screen is defective. For now I am just hoping to disable the unit and turn it off by finding the fuse so as not to drain the battery

I have removed fuse C10 which is 13 down on left bank (30amp) and unit is still on. Very odd. Perhaps there is another fuse also
