T6 Highline Alternator

Hi i need to replace my alternator due to it making a whining noise, do Highlines have a 110amp or a 180amp alternator? Gsf lists both for my van.

If you can eyeball the alternator, most alternators have a sticker on them with the amperage

Can you get a pic?

Base vans had the smaller one.

Vans with the OEM second leisure battery had the uprated 180A alternator.


How much are they from GSF?

It’s hard to get a pic of, it’s only got 1 battery so that probably rules out the 180 then.
They are about £300.
