Sold T6 Discover Media DAB/Nav headunit. £200

Hi,
Looking to sell a T6 discover media sat nav unit.

I bought this to have it unlocked with the newer style mib software and replace it with our own unit, but we’re looking at replacing our van. So it’s going up for sale instead.

The unit has had a replacement digitiser, but just needs unlocking by one of the companies that are on Facebook.
It works fine, switches on etc but has the component protection active (which is the part that needs unlocking)

Will need a sat nav aerial and sd card to use, once unlocked.




Not sure exactly where to price it, but a Quick Look shows ‘unlocked’ units going for £6-700

Looking for £200 as it is.

I can get a photo / video of it turned on if needs be, but I’ll just need to swap it in to our own van first. Although I can assure you it was all working when I tested it previously.

Is it a straight swap with the poverty spec headunit ? Excuse my ignorance but does it have android auto, carplay ?

As far as I’m aware, the CarPlay side of things is activated by whoever carries out the component protection ‘unlock’ yes.

It would be a straight swap, other than adding a nav aerial (which are readily available on the likes of eBay / Amazon)
