T6 aftermarket Head Unit replacement

Hi

I've recently took ownership of 2018 T6 Kombi, I decided to replace the head unit. I purchaed an Android 14. Since installing it have lost visibility of the parking sensors (audio still works) and the steering wheel functions are working in the opposite orientation ie volume up is down etc.

Is there a fix for this?

Just out of curiosity how are you finding it? Looking to change mine but unsure on which to go for. Not bothered about the sensors showing on screen as long as they still beep.

works fine for what I need it for, the quality when using the phone is not the best though. long term I may replace with a higher quality unit that maintains the full function of the sensors and steering wheel controls

I’ve just bought an android one today from android car stereo UK. There’s a good thread on here about them which might be worth a read as they hold sensors and buttons
