T6.1 Tailgate boot lid interior button.

Evening folks, so I have installed the interior boot lid button to my vans tailgate ply panel.

I have followed the wiring and connected everything as to the diagram.

Tested between 1 & 3 and got 184ohms when button pressed so assuming this is correct. I was able to run an additional KL58d wire from front interior light for boot lid button illumination which works fine.
Now I think I am on the right track with a little help from Google translate using VCTOOLS software.

I read on the T6 thread that this button requires coding via @mmi great post on this at bcm. Appreciate that the t6 and t6.1 have completely different bcm setups.
So what I have discovered that in adaptions

ID. 0A76
Parameter. ZV heck
Parameter. Trunk lid remote unlocking, int button

Value. Not installed

I was able to get a Parameter set from a transporter t6.1 possibly a kombi with electric sliding doors and electric tailgate this settings Value was

Value. Via pin.

Am I on to something with is buttons coding or is there more to look for.

Tried to get has much info as I could on this.

First scan pic is my vans bcm configuration. Last pic is of that from the shared back up bcm of one I assume with interior button installed.

Its a completely different button for electric tailgate that sits on the bottom edge
What are your options for that adaption channel ?
I would expect to change it from not installed to installed ?

So the value options were,

# Not installed

# Via pin (seems common for both vans with and without electric boot lid motors)

#Via remote (assuming possibly keyfob or additional fob for shuttles/caravelle) Looking at saved backups, this option seemed more to transporters that had fully loaded options.

# And unassigned pins.

My switch fitted is 7LA959831WHS

UPDATE###

I have now coded the interior boot lid switch correctly to bcm.
I had to go in to adaptions

Pics show the necessary parameters and value change. This was set to 'Not installed'

Now fully functional
